    send sexual assault examination kits for testing within 18 months                                                           
    after collection; requiring an inventory and reports on untested

Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                  
following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill:                                                         
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 31(FIN)                                                                                               
    "An Act relating to law enforcement training in domestic violence                                                           
    and sexual assault; relating to sexual assault investigation                                                                
    protocols; requiring an inventory and reports on untested sexual                                                            
    assault examination kits; and providing for an effective date."
